As A and I plan to do extreme renovations to our humble abode in the near future we haven't done a lot of major decorating to dress up our place. Before we moved in we painted the all the rooms white to freshen everything up, and have also put in new white wooden blinds in the windows at the front of the house. A is a tight arse (they say opposites attract), so I have been looking for low cost ways to jazz things up to get us through the next year and a bit, in style.
I have always been interested in wall decals, and after a bit of searching I stumbled across Wordans online. I thought I would just buy a couple of different decals and see where they would fit in our house. These are the ones I went for:

There are some quirkier ones that might not suit everyone's taste. Would this one freak you out?
The decals took about two weeks to arrive from Canada. They weren't overly pricey, were easy to put up (sister K was a great help with the tree) and look great. Although I don't think they will make it into our 'post renovated' home, but they are fun for now.
